The room was very spacious. It was also clean. The kitchen counter included all necessary supplies. The bathroom was quite charming.
I found some aspects less than ideal. Contacting the agency proved difficult. No one answered.

limited menu insufficient soundproofing
The room service menu was limited. i expected more options, especially for late-night dining. also, the soundproofing between rooms was not sufficient. I could hear conversations next door. this made it difficult to relax and sleep at times.

convenient location helpful staff cool design
i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to victoria station (it made travel so simple!). the staff offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and walking tours. i particularly appreciated the new hotel and its cool interior design.
the room service menu could offer a few more options.

excellent microwave oven spacious gym fantastic curtains
the kitchenette had an excellent microwave and oven. fresh apples were a nice touch. i found the gym spacious with new equipment. the blackout curtains were fantastic and ensured a good night's sleep (very important to me!).
i missed having a microwave in the room.

The staff members were happy and helpful. They offered excellent personal service. The choice of food was also excellent.
There was mold on the walls. The windows were not adequate. Nothing matched the photos presented online.
