I found some aspects less than ideal. Contacting the agency proved difficult. No one answered.

The room service menu was limited. i expected more options, especially for late-night dining. also, the soundproofing between rooms was not sufficient. I could hear conversations next door. this made it difficult to relax and sleep at times.

i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to victoria station (it made travel so simple!). the staff offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and walking tours. i particularly appreciated the new hotel and its cool interior design.

the kitchenette had an excellent microwave/oven. fresh apples were a nice touch. i found the gym spacious with new equipment. the blackout curtains were fantastic and ensured a good night's sleep (very important to me!).
i missed having a microwave in the room.
